Triple Chocolate Mousse
These little individual mousse cakes are super cute, super easy and a sure fire way to impress your friends at your next dinner party!
Made with our Chocolate Éclair Ice Cream, they're pretty hard to beat!
 
                    Ingredients
- Chocolate Oreos - 1 Packet 
- Butter - 20g 
- White Chocolate - 150g 
- Dark Chocolate - 150g 
- Cream - 2 + 1/2 Cups 
- Gelatine - 2 Teaspoons 
- Cold Water - 4 Tablespoons 
Method
- For the base: - Blend Oreos into fine crumb, melt butter, mix together & spoon into moulds. 
- For the mousse filling: - Mix 1 teaspoon of gelatine in a small dish with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Let it swell for 5-10 minutes then melt in the microwave for 20 seconds, set aside. 
- Melt dark chocolate with 1/4 cup runny cream & mix in the melted gelatine. 
- Finally, whip 1 cup of cream into stiff peaks, fold in chocolate mixture and pour into moulds. Repeat the same process with white chocolate. 
- To serve: - Dust with cocoa & serve with a GENEROUS scoop of DEEP SOUTH Chocolate Eclair ice cream.
