Salted Caramel Easter Egg Sundae 2


  • White Sugar

    1/4 Cup

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1/4 Tsp

  • Heavy Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • 1 Medium Sized Crunchie or Regular Hollow Easter Egg

  • Deep South Double Chocolate Ice Cream


  1. First, make salted caramel sauce by heating sugar in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until sugar melts into an amber-coloured liquid.

  2. Once Melted, stir in the butter. Cook for 1 minute without stirring. Slowly pour in heavy cream. Allow mixture to boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat and stir in salt. Set aside to cool.

  3. Cut the top off the easter egg. Fill with Deep South Chocolate icecream, then top with salted caramel sauce and serve
