Ingredients

  • Butter

    250g

  • Brown sugar

    400g

  • Chocolate

    200g

  • Large eggs

    5

  • Cocoa powder

    120g

  • Salt

    3/4 teaspoon

  • Flour

    130g

  • Baking powder

    1 tablespoon

Method

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 200 fan-bake, grease + line tin with baking paper and set aside.

  2. 2. Melt butter, sugar & chocolate, Allow mixture to cool slightly, add in eggs one at a time, whisking in between each addition.

  3. 3. Add in cocoa powder, salt, baking powder & flour until just combined, Pour mixture into prepared baking tin.

  4. 4. Chop each peanut slab into 3 chunks, place on top of your brownie & bake for roughly 30 - 35 minutes. The brownie should still have a slight wobble but will set as it cools.

  5. Enjoy with a big scoop of Deep South Vanilla Bean ice cream & drizzle of chocolate sauce!!
