Peanut slab chocolate brownie

                    Ingredients
- Butter - 250g 
- Brown sugar - 400g 
- Chocolate - 200g 
- Large eggs - 5 
- Cocoa powder - 120g 
- Salt - 3/4 teaspoon 
- Flour - 130g 
- Baking powder - 1 tablespoon 
- Whittikar's Peanut Slabs - 4 
Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 200 fan-bake, grease + line tin with baking paper and set aside. 
- 2. Melt butter, sugar & chocolate, Allow mixture to cool slightly, add in eggs one at a time, whisking in between each addition. 
- 3. Add in cocoa powder, salt, baking powder & flour until just combined, Pour mixture into prepared baking tin. 
- 4. Chop each peanut slab into 3 chunks, place on top of your brownie & bake for roughly 30 - 35 minutes. The brownie should still have a slight wobble but will set as it cools. 
- Enjoy with a big scoop of Deep South Vanilla Bean ice cream & drizzle of chocolate sauce!!
