Is your ice cream halal?
Yes, our Deep South 2L range is Halal Certified.

Do you have gluten-free options?
Many of our flavours are naturally gluten free. Keep an eye out for the gluten‑free badge on the tub or browse our range online.

Is your ice cream pasteurised?
Yes, all our flavours for Deep South are pasteurised.

Do you offer sugar free options?
Not right now, but we’re always experimenting behind the scenes. If a great‑tasting sugar‑free recipe makes the cut, you’ll be the first to know.

What are your stabilisers and emulsifiers derived from?
All our stabilisers and emulsifiers, including emulsifier 471, are vegetable‑based.
Flavours, Availability & Why Some Don’t Stick Around

Where can I buy your ice cream?
Each supermarket chooses what they stock, which means availability can differ from store to store. Your best bet is to:
• Check your local supermarket directly
• Browse their online shopping platform (if they have one)
• Have a friendly chat with the store manager — they’re often happy to help! -
Where can I find your scoop flavours?
Our scoop flavours travel out into the world through distributors, and each scoop shop decides which ones to offer. If you’re searching for a favourite, check with your local scoop shop or ask if they’d consider stocking it.

Why can’t I find a flavour I used to enjoy?
From time to time, we retire certain flavours so we can focus on the ones people enjoy most. It helps us keep quality high - and it also gives us room to work on new treats for the future.
If a flavour is a fan favourite, it stays on the menu and if it’s missing from the following list, chances are it was a seasonal flavour or a limited run.

This flavour is no longer available but we hope you’ll enjoy exploring the rest of our range.

Where can I find your banana chocolate chip ice cream?
This flavour is no longer available but we hope you’ll enjoy exploring the rest of our range.

Why is Chocolate Brownie not available in the 950ml tub anymore?
We retired the 950ml size due to low demand, but don’t worry our Chocolate Brownie flavour is still available in 2L tubs.

Do you donate ice cream for community events?
We love seeing Deep South enjoyed at celebrations, school fairs, and community gatherings and wish we could support every event that reaches out to us! Right now, we aren’t taking on ice cream donation requests, however, you’re welcome to contact us with your event details so we can keep your information on file should opportunities open up again in the future.
