Is your ice cream halal?
Our Deep South 2L range is Halal Certified.

Do you have any gluten-free options?
Many of our flavours are naturally gluten free. Just check the label for the gluten-free badge or check here.

Is your ice cream pasteurised?
Yes, all our flavours for Deep South are pasteurised.

Any plans for sugar-free varieties?
We’re always looking at ways to cater to different tastes and needs. No sugar-free options right now, but it’s on our radar.

What is your emulsifier 471 derived from?
All our stabilisers and emulsifiers are vegetable based.

Where can I buy your ice cream? I can’t find it at my local supermarket.
Availability can vary from store to store, as individual supermarkets choose which products to stock based on their own preferences and customer demand. Because of this, we’re not able to confirm exactly which locations carry specific flavours.
We recommend checking directly with your local supermarket or using their online shopping platform (if available) to see if they currently have it in stock. If you’re still having trouble finding it, usually your local store manager will be able to help.

Where can I find your scoop flavours?
Our scoop flavours are sold through distributors to local scoop shops, so we don’t have a list of what flavours and where they end up.
Because each scoop shop chooses which flavours they stock, availability can vary by location. We recommend checking with your local scoop shops or asking if they’d consider stocking it.

Where can I find your licorice ice cream?
This flavour is no longer available but we hope you’ll enjoy exploring the rest of our range.

Where can I find your banana chocolate chip ice cream?
This flavour is no longer available but we hope you’ll enjoy exploring the rest of our range.

Why is there no longer a 950m version of the chocolate brownie flavour?
Due to low demand, we stopped making this option. It’s still available throughout NZ in the 2L version though!
