PREP TIME: 10 mins
60mls of Frangelico (Any hazelnut liquor will do)
40mls of Kahlua
4 scoops of Caramel cookie ice cream
400mls of milk
4 shots of espresso (optional)
A blender or food processer to mix
Place ice cream, milk, Kahlua & Frangelico in blender and blend until smooth, add more ice-cream depending on how thick you like your shake.
Drizzle the caramel sauce inside 4 glasses and pour shake into glass. Decorate with coffee beans and marshmallows over the top. Drizzle the rest of the caramel sauce over the top. Serve and enjoy.
