  • Biscuits

Method

  1. Bake a batch of cookies it's key to slightly under-bake them.

  2. Cool the cookies for no more than 5 minutes.

  3. Alternatively you can buy chocolate chip biscuits.

  4. Construct the ice cream sandwich.

  5. Eat your sandwich!
