BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL

1 CUP MIXED BERRIES

1 RIPE BANANA, SLICED

2-3 TABLESPOON COCONUT MILK

2 SCOOPS DEEP SOUTH AMBROSIA
ICE CREAM
TOPPING

1 TABLESPOON SHREDDED UNSWEETENED COCONUT

1 TABLESPOON LSA

½ CUP BERRIES
METHOD

Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low until small bits remain

Add coconut milk and Deep South Ambrosia ice cream, blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.

Scoop into 1-2 serving bowls and top with desired toppings.

Best when fresh, though leftovers keep in the freezer for 1-2 weeks. Let it thaw before enjoying.
